Lysine interferes with replication of herpes viruses and is therefore often prescribed by doctors to people with cold sores or genital herpes.

Indications
Helps to reduce the recurrence, severity and healing time of cold sores.
Suggested dose for adults
2 capsules three times per day. May be used for up to 6 months.
