Indications
Clinical studies have shown that Valerian shortens the time it takes to fall asleep and improves the quality of sleep.
Suggested dose for adults
Take 1 teaspoon 30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by your health care practitioner. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
